In Formation is a wine art canvas print created from my original oil painting, featuring four wine glasses and four bottles lined up in near-perfect symmetry.
I was almost as excited to paint this wine as I was to drink it.
“In Formation” was inspired by a wine flight at a favorite local spot. The orderly arrangement immediately caught my attention—probably because my military background has me wired to appreciate structure.
While it may look like it’s all about wine, this piece is really about balance, order, and the way light moves through glass. The reflections, colors, and alignment created a sense of calm that drew me in from the start.
